The existence of many forgotten studies and projects was the motive for creating a specialized center in charge of locating and collecting such documents. In this context, this project has many objectives:

1. Defining the status of these studies and projects (implementation, use, documentation)

2. Making these studies or projects accessible to the public and private sector.

3. Creating a database that will contribute in providing all data related to the rehabilitation, development, and modernization plans being/to be executed. This allows to observe the points of resemblance and divergence among studies and projects prepared by the various public administrations and agencies and municipalities, as well as to provide a comprehensive vision of the sector to be studied.

4. Supporting the government in following up this matter closely, giving directions and setting priorities when necessary, taking these studies and projects in consideration when elaborating current and future plans and programs related to public administrations and agencies and municipalities, as well as contributing in taking the right decisions as for the economic and social reform.
